With over 10 years of experience at Growth Agriculture, Jamie manages production, development, and quality control of all Growth Ag products at the manufacturing plant in Goondiwindi. Jamie plays an integral part in refining chemical formulations and developing new processes to enhance our products.
Having worked across Australian agriculture in many different capacities - including as a farm manager, a diesel mechanic, and now as production manager - Jamie brings a unique and hard-to-replicate skill set to the team.
Nick is a trailblazer in natural agricultural technology, leading Growth Ag's mission to harness botanical extracts and peptides for agriculture. With 20 years partnering with Australia's top research institutions - including two ARC projects and the ARC Centre of Excellence for Peptide and Protein Science - Nick played a key role in securing regulatory approval for a novel active constituent, a rare global achievement. Currently a partner investigator on an ARC Discovery grant developing peptide-based crop protection agents, Nick believes Australia's researchers can make it the Silicon Valley of Agriculture. Gary Leeson is a highly experienced agribusiness professional and entrepreneur with over 35 years of leadership in the sustainable agriculture and horticulture industries within both a private company and corporate setting. As the founder and director of businesses (Organic Crop Protectants) focused on sustainable inputs, soil health, and circular economy solutions, Gary brings deep technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and a lifelong commitment to regenerative agriculture. His expertise spans agricultural chemicals (AgChem), plant and soil nutrition, biological inputs, and waste-to-value innovation, all grounded in practical, real-world application.
Will is a Territory Representative for Growth Agriculture, working across his region to build strong partnerships with growers, agronomists, and resellers. He brings energy and genuine enthusiasm for the products he represents and is committed to understanding each grower's unique situation and providing tailored guidance backed by field trial evidence.
Sharlene is a Territory Representative for Growth Agriculture, covering her region and supporting growers and agronomists with on-the-ground technical assistance and relationship management.
